For this two-story single-family residence, Cyra Engineers delivered a complete MEP design package that seamlessly integrated comfort, efficiency, and code compliance. We developed full plumbing layouts for cold and hot water systems, sanitary sewer, and natural gas piping sized to support all household fixtures and appliances.
