Mission Critical

Cyra Engineers was engaged to design the MEP systems for a new mission critical commercial space, where reliability and uptime were top priorities. Our team implemented a fully redundant HVAC system with N+1 capacity to ensure continuous cooling for sensitive equipment, along with dedicated ventilation and zoning strategies for occupant comfort. On the electrical side, we designed redundant power distribution with backup generators and automatic transfer schemes to safeguard against outages and maintain uninterrupted operations. The coordinated MEP package was developed in BIM to streamline integration across all disciplines, resulting in a robust, efficient, and resilient infrastructure tailored to the client’s mission critical needs.
