Our team supported Jollibee’s Mira Mesa location with comprehensive MEP design solutions for a high-traffic restaurant. We designed kitchen exhaust systems with grease-rated ductwork, along with makeup air units to balance ventilation. The electrical scope included a panelboard upgrade and dedicated circuits for high-demand kitchen appliances. Plumbing systems integrated a grease interceptor connected to the sanitary sewer, while energy-efficient lighting and controls ensured compliance with Title 24 energy codes.
