For this new five-story, 24,000 square-foot multi-family development, Cyra Engineers provided full MEP engineering design to support modern living with efficiency and reliability. Our scope included HVAC system design with central equipment and distribution sized for multi-unit comfort, domestic cold and hot water systems with recirculation for energy savings, sanitary and vent layouts, and natural gas piping to serve all residential and amenity spaces. On the electrical side, we delivered comprehensive load calculations, panel schedules, power distribution, and lighting design that enhance safety and functionality throughout the building. The coordinated MEP package was prepared in Revit for BIM collaboration, ensuring seamless integration with the architect and structural team, and delivering permit-ready documents that meet stringent code requirements while supporting long-term building performance.
