Boiling Point

For Boiling Point in San Gabriel, our team designed specialized MEP systems to support the unique hot pot restaurant concept. The project featured grease exhaust hoods and dedicated makeup air units for continuous kitchen operation. A split heat pump system provided comfort cooling, while plumbing included grease waste lines and an interceptor tied into the sanitary sewer. Electrical design integrated upgraded distribution, high-load kitchen equipment support, and Title 24–compliant lighting.
